Quick Flush™ Outboard Flush Fitting Kit for Mercury & Yamaha Outboards Provides a quick and easy way to flush any outboard equipped with a flushing port. No more removing the plug and twisting the hoses to flush.
Replace the plug with the Quick Flush™ and snap the hose on and off. Normal operating water pressure keeps the valve sealed when using the engine.

- What antifreeze should I use to winterize my boat?
- Use non-toxic marine (propylene glycol) antifreeze rated to a temperature safely below the coldest you expect. Do not use automotive ethylene glycol antifreeze in systems that touch potable water or discharge overboard — it’s toxic. Match the concentration to your climate and system.
- Why do I need to fog my engine for winter?
- Fogging oil coats the cylinders and internal metal surfaces so they don’t corrode while the engine sits unused for months. Combined with fresh oil, stabilized fuel, and proper antifreeze, it protects the engine from the moisture and acids that cause off-season damage.
- Is shrink wrap better than a cover for winter storage?
- Both work if done right. Shrink wrap gives a tight, weatherproof seal that’s great for outdoor storage but is single-season. A quality reusable cover is more economical over time. Either way, use support structure to shed water and add vents to prevent mildew.
