Rail2 12" Light - Spectrum RGBW Full-Color Lumitec's original rail light amazed customers when it was first introduced in 2008. With up to 3 times greater output than its predecessor and a sleek new look, Rail2 raises the bar.
The integrated microprocessor controls dimming and color change from two wires, with no external control modules. As with all Lumitec luminaires, the Rail2 is IP67 compliant, which means despite its great looks it is just at home on a spray-drenched hard top as a teak-adorned salon.

- What navigation lights does my boat legally need?
- It depends on your boat’s length and type. Navigation rules specify which lights (sidelights, stern light, masthead/all-round) and what visibility range are required. Check the requirements for your specific boat and make sure any replacement lights are certified compliant for that size.
- Should I switch to LED marine lights?
- For most boaters, yes. LEDs use far less power, run cooler, and last much longer than incandescent bulbs — a real advantage given limited onboard battery capacity. Just confirm any LED nav-light replacement is certified to meet the required brightness and color.
- What makes a light “marine-grade”?
