Flat Tank Oil Changer System The Jabsco Flat Tank Oil Changer System simplifies the engine oil changing process, ideal for changing engine oil in Boats, RV's, Lawn and Garden Equipment. There is no need to worry about open containers causing spills when changing engine oils with the 3-1/2 Gallon (13LTR) compact self-contained unit fitted with a self-priming diaphragm pump with an easy pour spout for emptying.
The Flat Tank design allows for easy storage in deck boxes, boat storage lockers, or RV storage compartments. Easy to use, clean and efficient dipstick suction tube, battery clamp wire leads, an on-off pump switch.

- Bilge pumps are rated in gallons per hour (GPH), but actual output is lower once you account for hose length and vertical lift. Choose a pump rated well above your expected worst-case water intrusion, and consider a second, higher-capacity pump plus a float switch for automatic operation.
- Can I use regular garden hose for my boat’s water system?
- No. Marine plumbing uses purpose-built hose rated for the specific system — potable water, sanitation, and raw-water/bilge hoses differ in pressure rating, temperature resistance, and permeation. Using the wrong hose causes odors, leaks, or contamination.
