Air-Dryr™ Mildew Fighter Say Goodbye to Mold, Mildew and Moisture 1459 Air-Dryr 500. Handles up to 500 cubic feet of living space.
Draws only 0. 6 amps, 70 watts.
Rectangular unit measures 14 x 5 x 4. 5" (36 x 13 x 11 cm).
EU model handles up to 14 cubic meters of living space. Air-Dryrª is an inexpensive and effective way to fight moisture problems, cold drafts, and corrosion.
Designed to operate anywhere, 24 hours a day. Place Air-Dryr on the floor in any damp, enclosed space and plug into a 110/120 volt outlet.
The damp air is heated to the point moisture is held in suspension (above dew point), then released through the top vents of the device. As warmed air rises, cooler damp air is drawn in, where it too is heated.
Air-Dryr costs no more to operate than the burning of a light bulb. A thermal cutoff turns the unit off should air flow be impeded.

- What antifreeze should I use to winterize my boat?
- Use non-toxic marine (propylene glycol) antifreeze rated to a temperature safely below the coldest you expect. Do not use automotive ethylene glycol antifreeze in systems that touch potable water or discharge overboard — it’s toxic. Match the concentration to your climate and system.
- Why do I need to fog my engine for winter?
- Fogging oil coats the cylinders and internal metal surfaces so they don’t corrode while the engine sits unused for months. Combined with fresh oil, stabilized fuel, and proper antifreeze, it protects the engine from the moisture and acids that cause off-season damage.
- Is shrink wrap better than a cover for winter storage?
- Both work if done right. Shrink wrap gives a tight, weatherproof seal that’s great for outdoor storage but is single-season. A quality reusable cover is more economical over time. Either way, use support structure to shed water and add vents to prevent mildew.
