Description

19mm Electronic Deutsch Connector with 5-Wire Pigtal - Nav/Anchor - 4' Lead The proprietary Deutsch style connectors are designed for fast, clean, and reliable switch installations in the most demanding environments. Whether you are working with 19mm or 22mm switches, these connectors offer a secure, IP69k-rated, sealed connection that protects against dust, water, and corrosion.

They will continue to perform even when fully submerged. Color-coded wiring makes it easy to identify input, output, ground, and LED leads, reducing setup time and wiring errors.

When it is time to replace a switch, there is no need to untangle your entire panel. Pop the connector off and install a new switch.

Purpose-built for marine, automotive, and industrial applications, these one-of-a-kind, patented connectors provide rugged reliability, simplified service, and clean cable management - all backed by their tough IP69K waterproof rating, which withstands the harshest conditions. Specifications: Available in 19mm or 22mm Uses 3 DT-style female terminals and 2 DTP-style female terminals.

Electrical — frequently asked

What’s the difference between marine wire and regular wire?
Marine wire uses tinned (tin-coated) copper strands that resist the corrosion salt air causes, and it’s more finely stranded so it flexes with vibration without breaking. Standard automotive or household wire corrodes and fails much faster in a marine environment.
How do I size a fuse for a marine circuit?
Size the fuse to protect the wire, not just the device. Match the fuse rating to the wire gauge’s safe current capacity so the fuse blows before the wire overheats. When adding a new circuit, follow the wire manufacturer’s ampacity chart for the gauge and run length you’re using.
Do I need a battery switch on my boat?
A marine battery switch is strongly recommended. It lets you disconnect the battery for storage or service, isolate a failed battery, and — on multi-battery setups — choose which bank powers the boat. It’s a core safety and reliability component.
